Escrow

• Secure System: Doozarr uses a secure escrow system to ensure safe, reliable, and transparent transactions between clients and providers. This system is designed to protect both parties and build trust throughout the service process.
• Deposit Requirement: Clients must deposit the agreed payment into the escrow account when booking a service. This ensures that the funds are available and reserved for the provider once the service is completed.
• Fund Release: Funds will be released to the provider only after the client reviews and approves the completed work. This ensures that the client is satisfied with the service delivered and receives the quality of service they expect.
• Dispute Handling: In case of a dispute, Doozarr will temporarily hold the escrow funds until the issue is carefully reviewed and resolved in a fair manner. After the resolution process, the funds will be released to the party based on the outcome.
• Security & Restrictions: Escrow funds remain fully secured within the platform and will not be transferred, loaned, invested, or used for interest by any third party. This policy ensures maximum protection and transparency for all financial transactions made through Doozarr.

Disputes

• Dispute Initiation: If a client or provider believes there is an issue with a service, they can submit a dispute through Doozarr's platform within the specified timeframe.
• Escrow Hold: Once a dispute is submitted, Doozarr will temporarily hold the escrow funds related to that service until the issue is resolved.
• Investigation: Doozarr will review all evidence and communications from both parties to determine the validity of the dispute.
• Resolution: After a fair review, Doozarr will decide the outcome and release the escrow funds to the rightful party.
• No Circumvention: Both clients and providers must follow the dispute resolution process and are prohibited from bypassing the platform or resolving payments independently.
• Timely Resolution: Both parties are expected to respond promptly to inquiries and provide all necessary information to facilitate a smooth resolution process.

Anti-Circumvention

• Platform Usage Requirement: All transactions and communications between clients and providers must occur through the Doozarr platform.
• Prohibited Direct Deals: Clients and providers are strictly prohibited from bypassing the platform to conduct payments, engagements, or services independently.
• Monitoring & Enforcement: Doozarr monitors activities to detect any attempts to circumvent the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
• Reporting Suspicions: Users are encouraged to report any suspected circumvention attempts to Doozarr for investigation.
• Financial Protection: Circumventing the platform may result in loss of escrow protection and any associated guarantees provided by Doozarr.
• Legal Compliance: All users must comply with Doozarr's terms, platform rules, and applicable laws when engaging in services or financial transactions.

User Responsibilities

By accessing or using the Doozarr Platform, you ("User") agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Accuracy of Information
   • You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when creating an account or posting service requests.
   • Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Compliance with Laws
   • You must use the Platform in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
